All equipment requests must describe instructional need.
Due to limited supply and increased demand, be sure to include a description of how the equipment will aid instruction for your course. This will help us to choose the correct equipment for faculty who need it. Staff will meet instructors on campus to deliver approved requests.

Reservation System
The full reservation system is not yet online. The CTEI has equipment available to loan to instructors actively teaching a class on the Homewood campus. The equipment generally breaks down into these categories:

- iPads
- Surface Pro tablet computers
- PA systems
- Projectors
- Chargers/Adapters
To request equipment, please contact [email protected] with a description of the equipment you need, the loan duration, and your contact information. You may also stop by our new location in the Greenhouse.
We do not loan laptops to students who are not active instructors in SIS. JHU maintains a student SOS Laptop Loaner program – please use this service if you’re a student in need of a laptop.
